This Privacy Notice applies to the collection and use of personal information through this website  applications, tools, chats or platforms (the "Services"), as well as through any other means where a link or reference to this Privacy Notice is provided at the time of collection. 

Paws, Claws & More By Jean collects and stores personal information regarding individuals who visit and utilize certain functions. 

Paws, Claws & More By Jean maintains an online presence, including an ecommerce store offering pet products that I recommend and related products, in connection with which personal information may be collected from individuals (" Store Users"). This Privacy Notice also applies to PC&MBJ collection and use of personal information from PC&MBJ users and other individuals who interact directly with me. 

When you access or use the Services or otherwise interact with us, whether as a Client, PC&MBJ Store User or other individual, collection of certain categories of personal information about you come from a variety of sources.

In order to fulfill your request, I may require additional information from you. I  will respond to requests, as applicable, within the relevant time periods established by applicable law. I do not knowingly collect or maintain information from persons under 13 years of age ("children"), and no part of the services are directed to children. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the booking feature or chat at any time or in any manner. If I am made aware that information has been collected through the booking feature or other features from children and without verifiable parental consent, then I will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided personal information without your consent, please contact me using the contact information below to request that I delete the information from the system.
